TMods does not require an account and does not collect personal information by default. When you voluntarily contact us (app requests, contact form, broken link reports) we receive the name, email address and message content you provide.

Like most websites, our servers automatically record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps. This data is used only for aggregate statistics (for example, page view counts shown in our dashboard) and is not sold or shared with third parties.

We use minimal, functional storage in your browser: your dark/light theme preference and whether you have already seen the loading screen. These are never used for advertising or tracking.

Third-party services we may use (such as Google Analytics, if enabled) place their own cookies governed by their respective privacy policies.

Comments and star ratings you post on app pages are publicly visible along with the display name you choose. Do not include personal information in comments you do not want public. You can contact us to request removal of your comment.

Files hosted on TMods are third-party modified applications. We scan files before publishing, but you download and use them at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage or data loss caused by files installed from this site.

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. You may ask us to delete any personal data you have sent us by emailing the address on our contact page.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of TMods after changes means you accept the updated policy.
